About Julie Annuref
My name is Julie Annuref and I have been a wedding planner for over 25 years. I began my career in my home country of France and worked for over 10 years for a major catering company. I then moved to the United States and started my own wedding organizing company.
The start was small, working from home and organizing friends weddings and special events. Three years later my reputation had grown well within my local but the market was limited to my town. I then moved to New York and started my own wedding Planner Company with three staff members.
Since those early days the company now runs itself and I now have more time to spend with my Australian husband and our two children, Zoe and Max.
I now live in Australia and semi retired although I still offer consulting services to various contacts within the industry.
I love planning weddings. I have always been a very social person and was lucky enough to combine that with my organizational skills to find a career path that I loved.
If you love people and can manage a full schedule then I encourage you to become a wedding organizer. It’s a great career and extremely rewarding.
